Terms of Service

Updated: October 8, 2026 · Effective: October 8, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and TuttiCam (“we” or “us”) concerning your use of TuttiCam (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, the End User License Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. Purchasing Pro is also subject to the Membership Service Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Services

The App is a locally running photography tool. It coordinates multiple devices over a local network to take photos automatically at the same moment when they are still, and can trigger external camera shutters over Bluetooth, preparing photos and capture data for purposes such as 3D reconstruction. It does not provide cloud storage, cloud computing, accounts, or any online services.

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity appropriate to your use of the App. Minors should use it under a guardian’s guidance.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. See the End User License Agreement for details.

Rules of use

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations and are responsible for your photography activities. You must not:

In multi-device capture, the host can control devices that join the session to take photos. Please capture only with devices you trust and ensure the users of other devices give informed consent.

Your content

Photos you take and data you generate with the App belong to you and are stored only on your devices. We do not obtain, use, or claim rights to them. You should back up important data yourself. We cannot recover data lost due to device loss, damage, deletion of the App, or system failure.

Paid services

The App offers two types of in-app purchases: Pro subscriptions and “Buy the developer a coffee”. Prices are as shown in the App Store. The Membership Service Agreement describes Pro benefits, trials, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Apple handles all payments and refunds under App Store rules.

Third-party devices and services

The App can control certain brands of external cameras over Bluetooth. These cameras and their firmware are provided by their respective manufacturers. We do not guarantee their functionality, compatibility, or availability. Some brands have not yet been tested on physical devices, and functionality may vary. Other apps or services used through the share sheet are governed by their own terms.

Beta versions

Beta versions provided through TestFlight or similar channels may be unstable or incomplete. They are for testing only and may fail to capture or lose data. Do not use them for important photography.

Updates and changes

We may update the App and add, change, or discontinue features. We will try to keep purchased Pro benefits available. If substantial changes to paid benefits are needed, we will notify you in advance in the App.

Intellectual property

The App’s code, interface design, icons, name, and trademarks belong to us or their respective rights holders. Open-source code used in the App is governed by its own licenses; see the App’s About page. Third-party brands and trademarks mentioned here belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it fully meets your needs, is uninterrupted or error-free, or that capture results (such as synchronization accuracy, stillness detection, or route estimation) are accurate. Route estimation relies on inertial sensors; errors accumulate, and it is for reference only.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the App, including data loss or lost photography opportunities. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the App in the 12 months before the relevant event. Any mandatory legal requirements take precedence.

Termination

You may stop using and delete the App at any time. Your license automatically terminates if you seriously breach these terms. See the Membership Service Agreement for cancellation of Pro subscriptions.

Relationship with Apple

These terms are an agreement between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or technical support. Claims relating to the App should be directed to us, not Apple.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan for the purposes of these terms). The parties should first seek to resolve disputes through amicable consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings in the people’s court with jurisdiction at the defendant’s domicile.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms and show a new update date on this page. Your continued use of the App after an update indicates agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
